Altos de Chavon
Altos de Chavón is a replica of a 16th century Mediterranean village in La Romana. Meticulously designed by Dominican architect José Antonio Caro, and expert Italian designer and cinematographer Roberto Coppa. At Altos de Chavón, every detail has been crafted by local artisans.

San Nicolás de Bari
The ruins of the first hospital in the Americas is located in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo. This historic hospital, founded in 1503, is now a preserved site of tourist interest. The ruins show the Spanish colonial architecture with thick walls and stone floors, recalling its past as a place of care for the sick and the poor.

The Columbus Lighthouse
The Columbus Lighthouse is a museum and memorial housing the symbolic remains of Christopher Columbus, the discoverer of America. Built for the 500th anniversary of Columbus's first voyage to America, it was inaugurated in 1992. The lighthouse is shaped like a cross, measuring approximately 800 meters long and 36.5 meters high.
